When you upload documents (like Aadhaar, PAN, Marksheets) for resizing or OCR scanning, the processing happens locally in your web browser. We do not upload, store, or transmit your files or extracted data to any remote servers or cloud databases. Your "Document Locker" is stored in your browser's secure IndexedDB.

3. Information Collection

Because of our local-first approach, we do not collect personal identification information (PII). We do not require you to create an account, provide an email, or set a password to use our core document resizing tools.

4. Analytics & Cookies

We may use basic, anonymized analytics (like Google Analytics) to understand website traffic and improve user experience. This data does not contain personal information or document contents. We use local storage purely to remember your preferences and saved documents across sessions on the same device.

5. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to official government exam portals (like UPSC, SSC, IBPS). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. Please review their privacy policies before submitting your downloaded documents.

6. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete individual documents from your Locker or use the "Clear Data" option in Settings to wipe all stored information from your browser instantly. If you clear your browser cache or uninstall your browser, your data will be permanently deleted.

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our tools or regulations. Continued use of ExamsForm.in signifies your acceptance of these changes.
